Supporting the mission of the Tunnels to Towers Foundation is an easy one. As a daughter of a military veteran, I unfortunately know the stress that comes along with deployment-it's something no one can really prepare you for and something others won't fully understand. Raising money for this cause helps the military, first responders, and their families who are all so deserving of so much especially for everything they endure daily.
Our military and first responders, put their lives on the line for us daily-this is why I am running with race, to show support and raise awareness for this amazing cause and all that it helps.
I am running in honor of my dad, Thomas Todd, a retired Navy Reserve CWO3.
